This guide outlines the steps to recover an Asigna Ledger multisig setup using Sparrow Wallet. Follow these quick steps to regain access to your multisig wallet:
Create a New Wallet In Sparrow Wallet, start by creating a new wallet. Choose the Multi Signature policy type and select Native SegWit (P2WSH). Configure the cosigners with the same number of owners and the signing threshold that matches your Asigna setup
Add Your Ledger Device Click Connected Hardware Wallet to add your Ledger account as one of the wallet cosigners.
Set the Derivation Path Enter the derivation path, which can be found under the Owners tab in your Asigna account.
Verify the Fields Confirm that the master fingerprint and xPub fields in Sparrow match the ones listed in Asigna, which can be found under the same Owners tab. If there’s a discrepancy, please contact support.
Add Additional Ledger Devices If you own multiple Ledger devices within the same multisig setup, add each additional Ledger device by repeating the previous steps.
Add Other Owners' Devices To complete the multisig setup, add the Ledger devices or Watch Only Wallets of other cosigners. Obtain each cosigner’s xPub, derivation path, and master fingerprint from the Owners tab on the Asigna website.
Verify the Setup After adding all cosigners, click Apply in Sparrow Wallet. Check that the first generated address for your multisig setup matches the one displayed in Asigna. If you encounter any issues, please open a support ticket on Discord.
